Thank you for choosing our professional training services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases of courses, workshops, webinars, corporate training engagements, and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) certification programs offered through our website and associated platforms.
We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any booking or payment. By completing a registration or payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the following services and products:
- Instructor-led online and offline Soft Skills training programs
- Corporate training online and offline workshops and customised in-house sessions
- POSH awareness, compliance, and Internal Committee (IC) training programs
- E-learning / self-paced digital courses and recorded content
- One-on-one executive coaching sessions
- Study materials, toolkits, and downloadable resources
Refund Policy – Individual / Open-Enrollment Courses
3.1 Cancellation / Postponement by the Participant
The following schedule applies to cancellations initiated by the registered participant:

3.2 No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend a scheduled program will be treated as a no-show and will not be entitled to a reschedule.
3.3 Batch Transfer
A one-time transfer to an upcoming batch of the same program may be requested if notified at least 7 days prior to the original session date. Transfers are subject to seat availability and must be used within 6 months of the original enrollment date.
Refund & Cancellation – Corporate / POSH Training
Softskills, Corporate and POSH training agreements are governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Training Contracts. In the absence of a separate agreement, the following default terms apply:
4.1 Advance Deposit
A non-refundable advance deposit of 100% to 50% (as confirmed by the founder) of the total training fee is required to confirm the booking and block the trainer's schedule. This deposit covers trainer preparation, customised content development, and administrative costs.
4.2 Cancellation / Postponement by the Client Organisation

* Postponed Schedule – within 2 months of date of information of postponement.
4.3 External Committee Member (EC)
External Committee Member (EC) retainer arrangements are governed by the separate retainer agreement. Whether an agreement exists or not — refunds are not applicable to retainer fees agreed or already disbursed.
Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, the following terms apply to e-learning courses, recorded webinars, downloadable toolkits, templates, and resource packs:
- Once digital content has been purchased, no refund will be issued after 48 hours.
- Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, no refund will be issued.
- If a technical error prevents access to purchased digital content within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
- Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase date and before the content is accessed.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Trainer
In the rare event that we are required to cancel or reschedule a program due to circumstances beyond our control (trainer illness, force majeure, insufficient enrollment, etc.), participants will be offered:
- A full credit toward any future program of equal or lesser value, or
- No complete refund of all fees paid, including payment gateway charges.
We will provide maximum advance notice and endeavour to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs such as travel, accommodation, or loss of income incurred by participants.
Refund Process & Timelines
(Only if applicable or as per founder's discretion)
8.1 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please:
- Send an email to support@bijaltalkstudio.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Program Name]
- Include your full name, registered email address, order/invoice number, and the reason for cancellation.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within reasonable business days.
8.2 Processing Time
Only agreed or approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days of approval and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 – 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
8.3 Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable in all circumstances:
- Payment gateway / transaction processing fees
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any applicable government levies
- Advance deposit paid to block a Softskills, Corporate training, or POSH date
- Convenience or platform fees
Participant Substitution
For open-enrollment programs, you may substitute a registered participant with another eligible individual from your organisation at no charge, provided written notice is given at least 3 business days before the session. Please email the details of the substitute (name, designation, and contact email) to our support team.
Disputes & Grievance Redressal
If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied or processed, please write to us at support@bijaltalkstudio.com with full details of your concern. We will review and respond within reasonable business days.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat City, Gujarat, India only and governed by the laws of India.
Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised 'Last Updated' date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
